Joining from Brazil

From the eligibility rules, it seems I cannot join the hackathon as a Brazilian.

I'm the only one in the team that resides in a non-eligible country, does that means my entire team is disqualified because of me?

    I'm really sad to hear that everyone gets disqualified because of me =/, we've been investing a lot of time in this project....

    Sorry but I have to ask, why is Brazil non-eligible? There is no explanation in the rules

    My team was actually looking forward more to the non-monetary prizes, being featured on the pytorch social channels and having a 30-min call with the pytorch team would be amazing!

    Is there any way we can compete only for those prizes?
